Most companies that spend money(Spend No Money on Marketing and Still Make Money) on the training of the employees working in the sales department are wasted and only a few cases profit out of these situations. For example, sales training, London is very famous all over the world and hence can be very much profitable for any company as they teach the employees how to work beyond their limits and hence make the department more profitable than any other department. But most other sales training programs have proved to be wastage of the monetary funds which were invested by the company in these programs.

When a sales training program takes place, the goal of that course or program is to educate and change the behavior of the employees working in the sales department. But it is the characteristic of the human nature that a person cannot change his behavior in a couple of days and hence all the money that was invested in the sales training program goes waste.
