There are many allegations about the lack of vitamins in our body. These reasons are not misplaced but they are creating the controversy.
Many believe that the vitamins from the food is not enough but some other claim that tablets are not suitable for our body as they will not be of any use. Hence there are many views as there are many mouths. There are some reasons behind all these problems.
1) Food – our food is believed to be the best way to undertake the vitamins. They contain vitamins in their naturally digestive form. Our body does not have any problem with that. This is true as long as we consider the ideal food. The food we eat is not ideal. Almost all are synthetic. They are grown out of ground through the use of pesticides and chemicals. The food, which reaches the supermarket, is denatured. It does not contain any type of nutrients in any way.
2) Brain – our brain has a special role in our body. It is natural to suggest that vitamins affect the functioning of the brain. But the scientists know very little about our brain. Data are not substantial. Hence no one could say with certainty about which vitamin affect our brain the most.
3) Tablets – questions have been raised about the viability of taking the vitamins in tablet form. It is not that they don’t contain vitamins but the question is whether our digestive system is capable of digesting it or not? Many prefer the liquid form of the vitamins.
